Jack Daniel's Whiskey Offers

Arguably the world’s most famous American whisky brands, Jack Daniels was first established in 1866 and now boasts 8 varieties of bourbon and rye whiskies. Originating, of course, in Tennessee the Jack Daniels brand now exports more than 16.1 million cases of whisky a year. Interestingly, whilst their produce does fall into the category of bourbon, Jack Daniels prefers the term Tennessee Whisky – thus elevating itself above other bourbons from neighbouring Kentucky. It’s said that Jack Daniel’s least secret ingredient comes from the natural water springs situated in Lynchburg, TN. To make the iconic taste, the whisky is distilled with rye, barley and corn (known as the mash) then dripped through 10ft of ‘hard sugar maple charcoal’ which gives the whisky its trademark smoothness and sweet undertones. The whisky is then barrelled (still colourless it’s worth noting) and tested regularly until it turns into the amber coloured liquid we know and love.
