The Stamp of Chenin shows plenty of oak on the nose, with a burst of ripe fruit coming through. The palate is really creamy but still fresh, with a lovely, rounded vanilla toffee character from the oak, subtle apricot and lime fruit and a long, clinging to the inside of the mouth kind of finish. Lovely, serious food wine.
