"Deep crimson purple. A gorgeous melange of scents, damsons, black cherry, mulberry, blackberry pastille, star anise, peppery spices. Juicy concentrated palate, cassis and spiced plum with vanilla and malty oak notes. The balance is superb, the palate cruises effortlessly along with wonderful intensity and chalky tannins to a firm, long finish. One for the cellar."
