Tasting notes: "Pale green straw colour. Pungently exotic, nostril tingling bouquet, burnt matchstick and even a whiff of petrol. Mouthwatering acidity balances the luxuriant lime zest and ripe melon flavours, dry, mineral, sharp definition, bold and quite stunning. It may even get better !"

Tasting notes: "Pale yellow with greenish flashes. Lovely evocative nose of buttered toast, lemon curd, greengage and lime flowers. Lifted flavours course across the palate, very intense but also light and bright. Lemon grapefruit and lime concentrated with a mineral tow rope, almost salty tension which leads and drives the finish. Pure Hunter Semillon. Pure delight."
