A deep, intensive red in colour with cooked red fruits and a hint of spice on the nose, Massif d'Uchaux 2010 Côtes du Rhône-Villages is full and rich on the palate with great concentration of plum and strawberry flavours and has a long silky finish with lovely soft tannins. A perfectly structured red showing all the hallmarks of a classic Rhône wine, this is delicious served alongside lamb chops or a spicy bean casserole.
