Pale golden in colour with a bright fast bead. Summer red fruits and flower scents with apple strudel and lemon zest playing a contrasting note. The acidity presence razors through the palate with a seam of minerality keeping pace. The toasty characters and autolytic notes are low key at the moment but will ome with more time. The finish is dramatic in its pinpoint lengthy determation and poie.
