This Traditional English Quality Sparkling wine is made from the classic Champagne varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. It undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle and matured on its yeast lees for 15 months to gain depth and complexity. It has a fine mousse, and rich biscuity bouquet complemented by a complex, creamy palate and fresh acidity.
