This Vintage Cava is pale yellow in colour with a gentle mousse. On the nose, you can smell yellow fruit such as ripe yellow plums. There are also hints of Acacia honey. The taste is of bright, ripe citrus fruit and overripe lemon leaving a refreshing mouthfeel.
